- The training program had to cover company information as also job specifications for new-hires.
- Base material provided to Aptech included audit reports, annual reports, balance sheets & reports of the committee meetings held in the past.
- Learners’ progress had to be tracked so that the company could asses them based on their progress.
Solution
- Aptech prepared the CBT using base material provided by the customer.
- The CBT consisted of 8 modules: Overview, HR Strategies, Marketing Strategies, Technical Process, Financial Management, Quality Management, Customer Relationship Management & Business Results.
- The CBT made use of attractive animations. Features included Overview, Glossary, Quiz, Audio, Index as well as Help sections.
- An Administrator module in the CBT ensured that the administrator could assign a username & password to the learner to keep track of the learner’s progress. Learners could also view their own test scores.
