Customer Profile
The customer is a household name in the 2 & 3-wheeler segment with assets worth over Rs. 40 billion & a network of 500 dealers & over 1,300 service centers. The company upgraded its existing systems & introduced a sophisticated new network management system that would give the organization & its distribution chain all the information needed to manage business. The increased complexity & features of the system required in-depth end-user training i.e., all the dealers across the country needed to be trained on using the new system.
Business Case
The challenge lay in developing a solution on which to train dealers on using the new Dealer Management System (DMS) & managing customer databases. Standardized training had to be imparted to dealers who were geographically dispersed.

Solution
  • Aptech created a CBT with high user interactivity that helped dealers quickly pick up cues on using the new DMS.
  • The CBT was developed using audio & screenshots to illustrate the content, along with a user manual.
  • This was in addition to the ILT conducted at dealers’ premises.
