Tests are performed to ensure quality of solutions delivered by Aptech:

Technical validation

Subject Matter Experts (SME) ascertain the technical accuracy of structured content after the original content has been treated for instructional design & structure.

Peer reviews

Instructional designers review content scripts (storyboards/ step-lists/ audio transcripts) for fidelity to design standards & development guidelines.

Courseware testing

A thorough test of the integrated product is conducted by Aptech’s independent testing team for possible defects in content representation, functionality, load performance, system performance & LMS compatibility.

Customer acceptance testing

If required, an alpha (Silver) delivery is made to the customer’s SME/ instructor who checks the courseware for fidelity to source content & instructional design. The alpha courseware is corrected as per the alpha testing changes suggested by the instructor/ SME.

User acceptance testing

A beta delivery is made to the customer for validating the courseware with the learners/ end users of the product. The beta courseware is corrected as per the beta testing changes emerging out of this summative evaluation phase. The ‘Gold’ product is delivered as the final courseware.
