- Effective project planning is achieved through detailed documentation of deliverables, work breakdown schedules, quality criteria, staffing plan, process definitions, training plan & criteria for performance measurement
- For each deliverable, development is monitored against planned efforts & delivery is monitored against planned timelines
- The gross (pre-QA review) productivity and net (post-QA review) productivity of each resource is monitored against pre-sales estimation metrics & the variance, if any, is captured
- Data integrity & security is established through version control procedures. Any changes to the design & production objects that deviate from the original requirements are evaluated for scope change by an Escalation & Change Control Board (comprising key stakeholders & senior managers)
- For efficient responsiveness, a customer-specific engagement framework is drawn up at the start of each project & its effectiveness monitored by an Escalation & Change Control Board (ECB). The communication plan is circulated, discussed & finalized during the project planning & initialization phases. This enables & provides clarity to stakeholders on the communication plan & prevents bottlenecks during the course of the project
